[Mutant Ninja Turtles EP01]

I don't give many "Overall-10"s. :)

This was righteously bad-ass. I can tell you worked hard as hell on this. Even if the animation wasn't 100% TV-perfect I know how hard FBF is for one animator to do in their spare time, and this was loaded with FBF action.

And Leonardo is my fave, I liked the focus on him.

Frontpage material IMO. I highly recommend this.

Yeah, I'm totally feelin' this. But the difference between Ness and I is that he had the balls to kill himself and I took the pussy's way out and chose to keep on living. Life doesn't get any better when the one you love loves you no longer.

..heh, and I'm sure this was just a joke. But I had to vent some of my tortured soul..

[Project : Genesis Teaser]

Well...

Let's review this teaser trailer and see what it tells me.

1. You can pick good music. Cool.
2. You can make clean-looking graphics, tween and fade them. Cool. A lot of submitters can't do that right.
3. You can write a plot. Not a completely unique one, but one that's interesting nonetheless. Ans spelled correctly in your intro blurb. Cool.
4. You can draw people standing. Cool, but not quite enough.
Animating people and objects and surroundings is fairly difficult. What really impresses me in a trailer and makes me want to see the finished work, is some *animation in motion*. That shows me that the flashmaker is actually putting in a high level of effort.

I should know, I'm also guilty of the offense of just showing mostly a lot of posing.

Also: I like Rupees and maple leaves but you should trim about 15 seconds off each of your intro titles. They're too long.

Entertaining and a bit educational (since I've never walked around Japan before.) I liked it.

I hope this isn't blammed by the viewers just because this is a slideshow.

I actually really liked this. Sure the animation was weak, but that made a lot of sense since everything about this flash was in a sort of off-beat weirdo humor sort of way. Especially your choices of music, which were great (ELO! Woot! Hell yeah!), and the excellently nonsensical bonus segment.

And she was kinda sexy a little, but I'm weird like that.

I'm adding this to my faves so I can give occasional 5 votes to help your score.

Needle's review had some great points.

I enjoyed this enough to watch it through. It had very good scene-to-scene directing, enough for it to overcome its somewhat cliche'd concept and artistic flaws. Yes, two tones of shading to the colors would help. drawn shading, not gradient fill.

My favorite part was the ship exploding, you drew that well in angle and perspective. Thumbs up for that.

I have a plot-related question. Why were the bad guys standing around and not trying to evacuate if there was a bomb timed to go off in a minute? That confused me, unless all the bad guys didn't know about the bomb, aside from the leader in the white pimp suit and his pilot.

Perhaps a little text intro or something could have cleared up that part of the plot.

Just some constructive advice. Entertaining little movie.

I'll keep that shading advice in mind in the future. I wanted to make it sort of a actiony intro with an unsure story line, that's why there's no text intro and so I won't say what the plot really is *taps nose*.

I know I know, but even though I'm a kid im having problems with time to learn and make flash so if I would try i would never get the chance to get it the way i want.
perhaps ill remake this one... its rated better then my other ones :) ill change saddam into osame and uppen the graphics(a lot) .... or i could just make a entirely new remake... oh well. none of your business :)

I remember your earlier "Anime Comic" submissions, and I liked them. (I even reviewed one.) You're getting even better, that well-drawn but way too short fight at the end was a tease!

I like to see an artist improve over time, and you did.

I didn't like the song, sorry. Just not my taste in music at all.
