Excellently done. This was really funny, and in my opinion comparable to Legendary Frog's work.
The art quality (good, but not brilliant) might keep this off the front page, which is unfortunate. The NG masses would enjoy this.
A note about the style: I liked it, you captured the characters in a simple, humorous element well. If you drew this in a typical 'internet furry art' way I would have absolutely hated this.
Good work, and make more because they will look better.

Better than I expected.
This is badly drawn.
But it is well-directed and seems to have a story. It was entertaining enough for me to watch all the way through.
A few pieces of advice:
One, the story is set in 1974 but the look is more like the 90's or 2000's. Perhaps their clothes should be more 70's in stlye.
Two, since it's in the 70's, you should put some 70's funk or rock music in there.
Three, since the story is set in America you sould consult with an American to make sure things are accurate and words are properly spelled.
Draw a little better and take some of that advice into account, you may have a decent series when you're done.

Oh, well, nothing can be perfect. I was laughing at Vegeta and the DBZ dub theme (easily one of the funniest songs ever, I dont know why authors of DBZ crappy flash don't use it, it's 1000 times better than linkin park or other stuff they always use) and all the other well-placed NG and VG parodies.

Okay, here's some advice
1.optimize your music better
2.Add a background layer
3.Have the action take place across several background "scenes" instead of in the same place.
That should be a start.
