I like setting sound to "stream."

That was a really nice track by Kayol.

Unfortunately even when watching this on "low" quality the music cut off well before the end. If this were fixed, it would make this flash a lot better.

Also the fade to white in the beginning could have been done by alpha-tweening a white box in a layer over the rest. It looks a lot better than alpha-tweening the drawings. I just learned this myself, my last movie has alpha-tweened drawings with visible lines as it faded, ugh.

Hope this criticism was constructive, I liked the movie!

kospas responds:

Your critism made a lot of sense. The alpha tweening was fixed in a second and I tried to fix the sound problem too. I thank you.

well...

This was funny, but it looks like it will be blammed.

Wade should have protected this and not "beat up the jugs."

Glendale-SP responds:

Im glad you found it funny

This was very good.

One of the best flash I've watched in a while. I wonder why the previous two did not score in the 3.50+ range?

Yes, there are too many internet cartoons that try to look like the Japanese style. But this is good. Definetly a case of something being underrated.

Lifepoint1 responds:

Thanks Impetus.
We're just glad that we have an audience for our series. thanks again.

HAHAHA Great!!!!!

I know the poor guy's pain, and I have Windows *98*!

I wouldn't dare run a game made in the last two years with win 98 and my shitshitmcshitty video card.

The worst pain of obsolescense is not being able to play huge divx avis, though...

Holy-Howard responds:

Yes, thanks ^^
For every cool game you have to buy a new card.
But hey, Gates knows how to make Money ^^

hmm..

Way back in the day there actually was a Back to the Future cartoon, but I remember it as being kinda lame.

If you made this a feature of more length it could have been a better adaptation. It stands a a decent tribute to the movies as-is.

Flaming-Turtle responds:

thanks, I like the movies muchly.

Trix was better when it was round shaped.

The part where the Trix Rabbit's eyes were rotating in a trance of ultimate ecstatic anticipation of his first bite of Trix was *quite* funny.

I have always had some sympathy for the poor bunny, so it wasn't the perfect ending for me but it was still good.

Unfortunately when the bluehaired guy walked in his movement was quite stiff, especially in the arms. I suggest you look at the photography work of Eadweard (yes, spelled like that) Muybridge for models to draw walking from, I was able to base a half-okay running sequence in my own flash on a series of Muybridge photos.

Archangel-X responds:

Yeah, I realize that the end guy sucked but basically he was a last minute thing. The original ending had a funeral service and kids dancing on the grave, but since I was tired of the whole thing I took a quickie way out to finish. Thanks for the positive review neways.

wow, that was close for you

"Thanks for voting, Impetus!

You gave this entry a 5, raising its score to 1.62!
You're the saviour! You are one of a number of people who have helped keep this entry in the Portal!"

Now that's a very close shave. 1.60 is the cut-off for blam status. Thank me. ~_^

wastleboy responds:

thanks a crapload!

E AI E AI E Ai OH!!!

Even though your animation is definetly not that great, I gave you a 5 for using Captain Jack. I always thought that song would be funny if applied to a space-captain story.

Let's hope you survive the possible blam!

Goji-san responds:

Thanyou, Hopefully my next Project will be Better than Before.

hey..

wWhat was the shreddin' guitar music that you used, dude?

Kryogenik responds:

Its by the dark warriors and its on flash kit somewhere

Well done.

I liked this. The scene-to-scene cinematic feel of it was very good, and something a lot of movie flash sorely lacks.

shagrat responds:

Thanks I did put many days of work into this. I am glad that people like my work

Note: My "Favorite Flash Movies" are not necessarily my "favorites"; Instead I have chosen to feature lesser-known work that I believe deserves attention. Many of my true "favorites" are in the top 50 and get plenty of exposure anyway.
